I know most of you probably have never been asked a question like this before, but I want a really bad microphone so that it sounds really funny
Or maybe an alright microphone, that sounds like this when you speak directly into the surface of the mic.

i think this just happens if you get really close to your mic. you can also turn down the microphone frequency to make it sound worse.

Or use a "good" mic and some "funny voice software".

Google accordingly.

A decent audio mixer will do that.
Other alternatives are just cupping your hands around your mic and speaking very loudly. Basically you peak out the audio channels so half the sound is cut off.

Its not something you should be spending money on.
