I want a cpu cooler that fits in my case properly at reasonable money can anyone help?

My case is Aerocool Quartz RGB what aftermarket cooler should i take for i5 8400 and Asrock Fatal1ty Z370 Professional Gaming i7 motherboard?

According to the specs for your case, it is limited to a cooler height of 152mm or less. That leaves out the venerable old 212 EVO. But the MasterAir G100M RGB Low Profile CPU Air Cooler is a really nice RGB cooler from Cooler Master that would look really good in your case and should work nicely with your RGB motherboard.
