I'm collecting parts to build a computer.

I currently have intel i5 2500k, 16gb ram, gigabyte mb

The motherboard have a single HDMI contact, is it possible to have a dual monitor setup with this motherboard?

Or do I have to buy a graphics card?

I've found a used GTS 250 is there a reason to buy a new HD 6570 or a GT 630 for the same price?

Solution
No that will simply duplicate the signal. The ones that will be able to have both independent will cost more than a graphics card. Why don't you want a graphics card?
At the moment the only games that would be played are Civilization 4, Football manager 2013, Rome: Total War or Europa Unversalis III.

Other work to be done are Lightroom or Photoshop.

How do I setup the dual dvi monitors on my motherboard?

As you can see the board just have one video output.

Back Panel Connectors

1 x PS/2 keyboard/mouse port
1 x parallel port
1 x serial port
1 x optical S/PDIF Out connector
1 x HDMI port
4 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports
2 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports
1 x RJ-45 port
3 x audio jacks (Line In/Line Out/Microphone)

But guess a splitter like I've linked to is useable

Due to price, but I guess I'll buy a gpu then. Thanks for your help.
