hey!
i'm from the netherlands too and i just bought a used gaming pc. (from marktplaats.nl.) it was 300 euros and it has 16RAM, a nvidia GT330 and an 17 quad core. it runs games like bo2, sr4 and skyrim pretty good. i recommend you to go to marktplaats.nl and take a look on used pcs for around 300-400 euros.

No

You won't get anything that will play any of those games better than a console for that price. You'll need to spend like twice that to get a decent gaming PC (excluding monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones, mic, etc). And it won't already be built, you'll have to buy the parts separately.

So either you up ur budget, do some research, or stick with a console in my opinion.

i intend the desktop only, cause i have already gamingmouse, keyboard, turtlebeach, hd monitor.
But in my country ( the netherland ) are the desktop really expensive, used desktops you can't really find.

For that price you won't find anything new that will run those games on any decent settings. Certainly not pre-built and you'd be hard pressed to build one yourself at that kind of price.

Building a pc is not that difficult, pretty much just read the instruction manuals and you will be able to assemble it.
If you are not sure where something is meant to be connected, use google or post a thread in this forum.

That should run WOW on high settings, don't now about the rest of the games. It's a bit on the high side for price, the video card was OK for the age, but it's 3 years old now. If you can get it for closer to 200 it's OK if you can't spend 500 to build something newer. Keep in mind that a real used price would be about 1/2 of new and the video card even less due to speed compared to new models.

For suggestions on a new build, look here http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/forum-31.html
