I want ups for my workstation having 1200w gold psu with intel i9 9820x ,32gbddr4, msi rtx2080 8g coolermaster240l cooling kit and msi megx299 creation

If your actual power draw is 650W, then you can use that number with this chart from APC -- https://www.apc.com/products/runtime_for_extendedruntime.cfm?upsfamily=27 to determine how much hold time you want. A 1500W UPS would give you 5 to 10 min.
