Likely your budget is too low.

That said, comfort is very subjective and you must consider how many hours per day you will be sitting in the chair. There are "chair hours" specifications now.

Plus any personal issues such as back problems, sweating, weight, the need to roll and twist, etc..

The only way to determine "best" is to go to as many stores as you can and sit in as many chairs as possible. Try chairs no matter where the chair is located - work, family, friends.....

When you find a chair that you like, check the ratings and reviews.

Look at the construction and consider the overall durability with respect to anticipated usage and environment.

Many chairs come unassembled - some stores will assemble the chair for you...

Many chairs come unassembled - some stores will assemble the chair for you free or may charge a fee. And the assembly can be botched up.

Inspect and fully test before accepting the chair. Stripped screws or bolts may not be readily apparent.

Assembled chairs can be difficult to transport so keep that in mind.

You may need a mat under the chair as well.

I went through 3 or 4 sub $100 (US) chairs. Chairs around $150 (US) lasted about 4 years. My current chair, via Staples, has really held up. Cost was around $250 (US).

Lots of good reviews to be found. E.g.:

See if there are any office furniture distributors in your area, something like a WB Mason. They generally have warehouse sales to clear out damaged, returned, or unwanted furniture. It's not uncommon to find an $800+ office chair for less than $100 because it has a fabric color the purchaser didn't like or there's a small scratch on the base. These chairs will use much better quality materials and have better ergonomics than a gamer chair.
