If it can go higher then I'd look at a better GPU such as the RX 580 or GTX 1060 6gb and a SSD.

Really need a budget here, but I would recommend against an i3 8100. A Ryzen 3 2200g is cheaper, and can be overclocked. Also AM4 has support through 2020. Intel tends to change sockets often. Do really need a budget though. My build doesn't include Mail In Rebates.
