I want Cortana to use Google instead of Bing.

When I use Cortana,she'll get what I want,but she'll use the Bing search engine ON Google Chrome.I'd rather have her use Google instead,any idea how?

You can't change that, Cortana is Microsoft, Bing is part of Microsoft too. Google is part of Google. Because cortana is in a way part of bing it needs bing to be effective
