I hope a after buy this my system will not get reboot during electric off and back ups even cannot handle this. it should be solved. Thank you to you recommend this

Last one a question as i have already this a psu spec as:- PSU:-Zebronic ZEB-N450W(DSATA) Economy series (20=4 pin), is it weak to? both of are 450w so what is diffirent in them?

Couple of a days we bought psu of zebronic and they give us only in around 9 dollers even it was written on a it 450W. why it is much cheaper? i am from India and looked more psu models they are much of high prices even they are 450W but I don't understand fact that zebronic 450w is under 9 dollars and that one you recommend me is in 50 dollars even both if 450W.

PSUs aren't all about wattage. Also, that zebronic '450w' probably only delivers ~380w, while the one I suggested delivers the full 450w.

Two main factors when looking at PSUs are its Build Quality (the capacitors, electrical design, soldering quality, etc) and the electrical performance (ripple, load regulation, etc.). These are linked together, but in general a PSU with better electrical performance and quality means a better experience.

An example comes from your experience. You bought a $9 PSU to be surprised with unpleasant computer issues, which won't be present using the EVGA B3.

If you really want to learn about it, I suggest going here: https://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/191796-526christians-learning-thread

CTR + F to search for "Why does a better power supply" and read the links there.

For the same reason that a restaurant charges $10 for a sandwich but you may find a similar sandwich in the garbage for free. There are a lot of cheap, crap PSUs out there, full of shoddy parts and limited or non-existent protections. Zebronics PSUs are one of those brands. The PSUs provided to you above are the least expensive PSUs you should want in any PC you would like to continue to be functional for years. Even if your PC physically turns on, the lack of voltage regulation, filtering, etc. can slowly damage all your existing components.

Shorter answer: You bought literal garbage. Now you're $9 poorer and still need a PSU.

Solution

Not to mention the potential damage already caused to other components.
