i set my fen speed 70% now it is 53 degree Celsius. is it harmfull for gpu. could i set fan speed lower then that?let me know sir ?

It is fine. The temperatures are perfectly safe.

anything up to 80 is ok for nvidia, maybe 75 for AMD
