If you don't want to buy another keyboard, or gamepad. What are you looking for? If you want more keys, hardware has to be purchased.

If you want macros, look at AutoHotKey, which lets you create macros on all keyboard keys.

Perhaps you need a new strategy in organizing your keys. You could put a shift, ctrl and or alt key(s) on your mouse thumb buttons, to double your hotkey selection for many types of games.

I guaranty you won't be happy with using your keyboard alone with a gamepad of any sort. The keys will just be too far away from your hands. You either have to get a keyboard with them built in, which are still difficult to use, or a gamepad and use that instead of your keyboard. That or just learn to use the keys on your...
I highly suggest not getting a new keyboard, and just adding a keypad. I personally use the Razer Nostramo keypad for all gaming. The present-day iteration of the Nostramo is the Orbweaver. Also, look into a mmo-oriented mouse like the Naga.

They are fundamentally the same product, with the biggest change being the actual key layout. Highly recommend Razer producuts.

yes but i should be flat as i would have my hands on wasd most of the time. Thanks for the reply

I trust Razer but I want it to be flat as if it was a extension to my keyboard. Thanks for the reply.

What does it matter if it is an extension of your keyboard? When you use these keypads, you use them in place of your keyboard. If you were to game with it, the only time you'd use your keyboard is when you type. The rest of the time you use the keypad instead. Otherwise, if you just want a few macro keys, you can get a gaming keyboard, or download AutoHotKey and macro on the keyboard itself.

You'll also notice in both the Nostromo and G13 cases, you'd move with your thumb d-pad or joystick. I've used both, and they make MMO gaming a much easier experience. You can move with your thumb, and use 4 fingers for hotkeys, move with 3 fingers, leaving you just your pinky and thumb to press hotkeys with...unless you let go of your movement keys.

I've used both. The Nostromo is more ergonomical, but the G13's Lua scripting abilities are superior.

I dont want to invest into another keyboard. Also the Nostromo and G13 are kinda expensive, I doont want a gamepad. I just want to have a few more keys so I can bind my abilities to them. Thanks for the reply
