I want small upgrade and i need help

I have asus p5b mobo, 4gb ddr2 ram gpu is nvidia gt430. crap cpu intel e2180,i want to upgrade to core 2 quad some 9000 series, i wish to play fallout 4 on 30 fps everything on low, can you give me some advice for cpu , anyway im not planing to spand to much money or upgrading whole pc, and cpu upgrade is anyway for overall performance gain

any core 2 quad would be too old to play fallout 4 you would have to go to at least an i5 CPU. that being the case you would have to get a new mobo if you were going for an i5.

I would not waste any money on that system, save the money for a new pc
