Also i want to choose ATX Case for system with 2 Gpu-s with cooling. What guys you could suggest me for 50-80 USD Budget? Thanks a lot

You can but not in SLI, and you'll be pushing that PSU, and hope you don't mind if I ask, why do you want to use two different GPUs in a system?
