As the title says, I'm building a new gaming PC. My budget is $1900. I'm picking the parts for my PC from a local store and they will built it for me to save me the time and the effort. I know you might think that I might get a better overall gaming PC with $1900 budget, but as I said I'm buying it from a local store and the hardware is more expensive than in the US plus there are also high shipping costs and customs. Please take a look and tell me if it's decent and balanced and any suggestion is appreciated:

I've updated the list and got almost the same budget. Can you please check it out?

Cougar Panzer Evo: 170mm max cpu air cooler height
Dark Rock Pro 4: 162.8mm. Front fan has 40mm of clearance for ram.
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro: 51mm
Front fan needs to be raised 12mm - you don't want the fan and ram touching, because vibrations - increasing the total height of the Dark Rock Pro 4 to 174.8mm.

Does the Dark Pro 4 fan fit inside the Cougar Panzer S?
No. 10mm less clearance than the EVO.

This would go a little smoother if not for your choice of memory. Vengeance RGB Pro is stupid tall; AIOs/CLCs would be more compatible with it.
1920x1080 60Hz
Ok, your cpu is way more powerful than you need for 60Hz/FPS. Now that doesn’t make it a bad choice as it should last you longer but for now you could go i5 or Ryzen 3600 and notice no meaningful difference. I’d personally get a higher quality psu, what you have chosen is about the bottom end of what is acceptable. You need a much better cooler for a 10700k, the 212 is not enough even for stock.

Everything.

There is no point in having a pc that produces higher frame rates than the monitor can achieve. It's pointless to have 200FPS when 60FPS is the max of the monitor.

At 1080P the cpu works harder and is the bottleneck
At 1440p more of the load shifts to the gpu
At 4k the gpu becomes the bottleneck

What does the CPU have to do with the monitor?!
The cpu determines the best possible FPS your system can achieve. The gpu determines what resolution and game settings you can achieve that FPS at.

With a 60Hz monitor there is little point trying to run more than 60fps. If you had a 144Hz monitor your target FPS should be 120+ FPS in my opinion but some people are happy with 100+.

You can get the 2060 super video card for the same price as the regular it's a better card.

Also the hyper 212 has no chance of cooling that processor. The 10700K draws over 200 watts under full turbo load.

I live in Palestine. If I wanted to save money and went down to i5 10600k it would make a slight difference in performance right? What other parts should I change from the list?
