I want to build a high-performance computer (Not for gaming though). I am absolutely new to this, I need help finding out what to pick and what are the best options out there for my desired build.

My budget is $700-$2,000. I already have a laptop but I want to build a computer of my own for myself, a build that is to my liking. I'm looking for a high performance one because I do a lot of Photoshop, video editing, web developing, sending e-mails, microsoft word, and run some heavy programs. I also download a lot of content due to my web developing. Also, I'm always multi-tasking and I hear that for multi-tasking a high-performance build is very helpful.

Well you have a big budget, if u wont game or use video editing programs, u wont need a graphics card..
So basically u just need a decent motherboard with a good processor.. since the processor is for speed.
And get 2x8GB ram
