My build may require doing a BIOS flashback on the motherboard before being able to use the system but that is easy enough to do. This cost reduction in the motherboard allows room in the budget for a 2070 super instead of a 2060 super. The 2070S is much better for the 1440p resolution monitors everyone is recommending. I also included 3600 mghz RAM because it gives a bit more performance for only slightly increased cost over 3200 mghz RAM.

Very close to others and stick with the RTX 2060 Super for the 1440p monitor...Requires a BIOS update. I would also look at the Intel 9600K given by Wolfshadw system as coupled to the RTX 2060 Super will provide max FPS.
