For the past few weeks I managed to get my motherboard, cpu, case, ram, power supply, and my m.2. I'm missing my gpu and I'm planning to do a liquid cooled system so I dont have any parts to that yet too. Is it safe for me to start my build?
I'm estimating around 2 weeks to 5 weeks I'll be able to get the rest of my parts.
My parts currently:
Motherboard: Asus rig strix B450-F
Ram: Royals
M.2: samsung evo 970+ 250g
Psu: corsair rm 850
CPU: ryzen 7 2700x
Case: lian li PC-011 dynamic razer edition

Going to buy soon - RX 5700 xt liquid devil,
Corsair cpu water block, corsair reservoir, ek rad 360 120mm(might do 2 rad but friend says no point to wont help much), bits power fittings, thermaltake fans x6

Why are you bothering with a custom loop when you're using a midrange B450 motherboard?

The reason to use such expensive, complicated, and exotic cooling is to overclock the heck out of your stuff. The B450F doesn't have the power capability to do that.

From the sound of your post you probably haven;t done any heavy overclocking before. The money you will spend on that stuff is better spent on an AIO, an air cooled RX5700XT, and a better motherboard.

The custom loop is a waste of money and maintenance intensive, for a very minimal benefit.

It's safe to build and you could even use OEM cooler but will get no display without a dedicated GPU.
