as the title says.. well i've a budget of estiamted 2500$ which in India is around 1.70Lac or 1,70,000INR

well before i was going with an 6700k but then i saw 5820k and now i am really confused which CPU to buy and will be viable for like 5 to 7 years
Note -
you can either suggest me higher but i'm fixed to the budget so i want an really great or say ULTRA built
about the rendering well that ain't my primary motive i'm actually amateur to it so i'll play games and will do video editing and bit of sound editing so please suggest me a great built i'll be highly grateful
