Question I want to buy a decent Bluetooth Dongle for my desktop!

I want to buy a decent quality Bluetooth Dongle to attach it to my desktop computer, but all dongles i can find on websites look like cheap Chinese products. Im running windows 10, and i want to connect my headphone to my desktop via Bluetooth.
