If you are already buying a GPU (I use a GTX1060 myself, and like it), there is no real reason for a CPU with integrated graphics.

If at all possible, I'd start my CPU choice with either an R5-2600 or i5-9600 level, lest you be overly CPU-limited at the very onset of your gaming career.

That is a good combo. But be aware that the Ryzen 3 is pretty well maxed out with a GTX 1060 or RX 580. Anything faster will be bottlenecked.

RX580 8GB + 2 free games = $165

RX580 = GTX1060.
Use the savings to get a Ryzen 2600.
