It all depends on your use.

Streaming multi threaded apps go for Ryzen..
Gaming and single threaded apps go for Intel..
Based on your gaming resolution pick accordingly
1080p RX 480 itself is sufficient.
>=1440p get the 1070.
You will be needing a complete platform upgrade whatever you choose, the question will it be blue pill or red pill.

1070. Don't get 1060. You might as well keep your 480. In fact, you can find new bios settings online to make 480 into 580.
