There's a good chance that there will be something for you in the upcoming Ryzen 3xxx launch in July (they will be backwards compatible with 300 and 400 series AM4 mobos via BIOS update).
If you're open to the idea of upgrading your CPU go ahead with the GTX1660 purchase.
