Make and model of your power supply? What sort of a GPU are you looking at? What sort of a resolution display are you looking at and at what screen size do you want? Where are you located?

Using PCPartPicker, there's nothing in the 50USD mark.

The CPU has an Intel® UHD Graphics 610 built in.
A $50 monitor would probably need to be purchased from your local classifieds, like Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, Offerup, kiijii (or however its spelled)
