Well your processor does not usually ever have compatibility issues, however it can in some really weird situations. However the motherboard is what we would need to know in order to provide you with the most and best response

Okay so you have a pci express port so yes it will be compatible, although I wouldn't suggest the 4gb 730gt model as really you won't play too many games that can utilize the full 4gb of VRAM it has before the GPU is already at full load and giving low frames.

Its not the cpu that will have compatibility issues with a GPU, its the interface eg. PCIe and AGP, and since your motherboard is a G41 chipset that has a PCIe slot, the GT 730 will be compatible with your motherboard

Oh do not get me wrong the Gt 730 2gb model with but a huge upgrade from what you currently have but if you give me your full specs and tell me how much you are paying for the gt 730 I may be able to suggest something better :)

OH NO NO NO do not pay 136$ for a gt 730. You would be losing out on so much. If you can tell me what cpu you have and the powersupply wattage. ( I could suffice with just cpu) then I can suggest something much much better

Yikes first off before you go worrying about the graphics card if your power supply is that small I would immediately suggest a bigger one as well as for the money you were going to pay for that gt 730 I would suggest something like an rx 460 which would actually be cheaper and HUGELY better
