i would advise against it

the ram you currently have has "12800u" this means its rated for 1600mhz also it has cl 11 (timings)

the ram you wish to buy has "10600e" this means it runs on 1333mhz and it's timings are cl 9

the ram MIGHT work, but if it does it will work at the speed of the crappiest rammodule, in your case the one you wish to buy

it might also work at first and give you strang errors from time to time

You can minimize this risk by buying 12800 (1600mhz) ram with cl 11

that being said, an ideal scenario would be to buy the ram as a pre manufactured kit

TLDR:
yes it might work, but no guarantees
