I do not really know what motherboard it is. I know it is one from a lenovo thinkcentr e73 with an i3 4130. I made some photos i hope they will help you.

You have two ram slots.
One stick of apparently 4gb is installed.
You will need to remove that in favor of a two stick replacement.
Either of your linked ram kits should work and give you 8gb in dual channel mode.
Since such ram is apparently cheap, I would consider making that a 2 x 8gb kit.

The 8GB link is for PC3L (DDR3L). PC3L works, but best to purchase the specific PC3 (DDR3) 8GB stick. You can search in eBay for this.
