i want to know if my pc is overclockable so yeah i know there is answers for this but i dont understand anything can someone explain to me what the process is!

Yes you can overclock but your options are limited. You can't do it through your cpu ratio because you don't have a k version with unlocked core multipliers. You can do it through the Base Clock but you probably run into limits way sooner than you would if you had a k chip and were overclocking the cpu ratio.
