Hey MACINFOSYS. I'd recommend that you delete the Serial Number from the title of the thread and the post. Also as @ThatVietGuy mentioned, will need a bit more info on the issue or question you have.

I'm assuming you wish to check the functionality or health of your drive.

I would examine the SMART report using a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo.

Look for reallocated, pending, or uncorrectable sectors.

I would also perform a full surface scan with a tool such as HDDScan (Windows) or MHDD (DOS). These will identify any "slow" sectors.
