Question I want to comprehensively upgrade my Prebuilt, please grace me with the gurus wisdom

My goal is to get it fit for video recording, as well as video editing. It plays most high end games on low settings, which i would like to improve, but struggles to record, even with 24 GB of ram.

Ultimately i want to give it all round set of upgrades. I know the CPU and GPU are lacking and somewhat dated, looking to min-max for the motherboard. Not picky about manufacturers, will readily switch to nvidia. Any thoughts on potential upgrade routes will be welcome, budget for upgrades roughly 800 to 1000 USD
