i have 2 hard drives with C E F D drives
My C drive is my primary partition (Boot, page file, dump)
my E drive is also my primary parition along with my F drive,
my E drive has the same OS (windows 8.1) as my C drive and i want to know if i can delete it. I want to keep my files in my C drive and make it my only OS and delete the other OS on my E drive, how am i supposed to do this without crashing anything?

Solution
Ok, can you clarify your drive setup & partitions?

I assume you have :
Drive #1 - partitioned to C and D
Drive #2 - partitioned to E and F

You can't just remove the OS from your "E" drive, you'd remove everything stored on it. If all that's on there is your OS, then that's fine.

You should be able to simply "delete" the partition inside disk management.
It shouldn't crash anything. If you delete a secondary OS (ie not the one you're inside when you do it), it should just delete. If you attempt to remove your primary OS (ie the one you're actually inside), it won't let you do it.
