you know how video cards are usually shown fan-side down right? is it possible to get some sort of mount that will mount my card fan side front? (like this: https://bit.ly/2FjV0nF ) I know it exists but is it possible for this case or can I get an alternative for it?
My case: Fractal Design Focus G mini
My Card: Asus Strix GTX 1060 OC

With some modding yes, you can do it, you will need a vertical mount for your graphics card and a PCIE extension (Riser card) to plug it in. You will also need to ensure your power will reach to your video card as well.

Just buy a case that supports that layout. That way all of the riser card and cable bits and pieces are supplied. e.g. Lian-Li PC-05, PC-06 or PC-07. Many other brands also have cases like those, e.g. Cooler-master H500P, Thermaltake Core P1, etc. You just need to look around. Check that the case will fit your motherboard, before buying - you will need an ATX case for an ATX motherboard. Some of the cases I mentioned above are for mini-itx motherboards.
