I wouldnt really suggest investing in a GPU upgrade before you go for a processor upgrade, its not exactly going to be a massive jump.

Your cpu is very old I suggest an upgrade on that since it’s most likely gonna bottleneck the RTX 2060

I agree with the others, fx 8350 is a very old and lower end cpu, especially if you are doing more single core focused processes and likely will not keep up with a better GPU. Unfortunately many people that arent very tech savvy simply saw the GHz and number of cores and assumed the cpu was very good (AMD recently reached a $12 million settlement regarding the flase advertising of this CPU and other ones in its series).

I'd recommend upgrading to current a gen processor from either amd and intel which will require a new motherboard and ram as well. CPU I'd recommend depends on your budget but something in the range of an R5 3600 or i5 9400f are probably what you want to look at for gaming and wont eat into your pocket too bad.
