I want a total of $1100 or less (if possible) including taxes!!!

this video is a bit outdated so Im pretty sure there needs to be some changes to this list.
Please Help as soon as possible
and also which mouse and keyboard should I use that isn't too pricy but works well, I would love LED lights on the keyboard as well.

Any videos that are recommended to help me through building this thing? I am a complete noob at this stuff.

Solution
Build you posted is nice and balanced , H1Z1 is not a very heavy game especially for new systems.

Here is my suggestion ( I prefer Ryzen over i5 in this price range) :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($197.43 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - AB350 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($73.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($127.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($89.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($46.88 @ OutletPC)

in February, the mining craze is yet to happen, but now, anything beyond 1050ti are currently having a cost increase(and it's pretty damn big, 50$, 100$, and such)
if u want something just like ur original preference:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tsgTyf

Cost a little more than ur budget but comes with 16GB of RAM and 3 TB of HDD, the PSU is also 80+ gold instead of 80+ bronze (better efficiency, it doesn't mean that the S12II is bad)
if u can't strain that budget anymore:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/p6YGZ8

no SSD and uses 1060 instead of 1070, but still had the 16GB RAM, 3 TB HDD and better efficiency PSU

if u're having trouble on putting it together urself, u can either google it how (as it is pretty simple, like a puzzle, u plug on which ports suits your parts and such, most of the times, mobo had listed which parts fits which port [try reading the small text]), ask your friend for help, or go to a nearby local store and ask them to put it together for u (might cost some $) though.

PS: people can/might offer something that is much more cheaper than mine, but this happens because i stick with my brand preference, instead of getting the cheapest price/performance part as possible (Except the Ryzen, i picked it coz of it's price/performance), if u don't like my brand of preference, u can just replace it, this list however, should give u some insight on what's kind of specs fits ur wallet
btw, don't worry, H1Z1 aren't very demanding title, both GPU should run it very well
