My power supply http://www.kitguru.net/components/power-supplies/zardon/xigmatek-nrp-pc702-power-supply-review/

700 watts It only comes with two 6 pin cables (for my two cards). Can't I just plug one six pin into it or use an adapter?. Do the latest gpus come with their own cables?

Wait what is your question exactly? What two cards do you have? Are you adding a third? What adapter are speaking of?

No, GPU's do not come with their own cables. According to your link, your PSU has 2x 6 pins and 2x 6+2 pins. So you should have two 6 pins and two 8 pins.

"The cabling included is as follows:
...
2x 6 pin 12V PCIe connectors
2x 6+2 pin 12V PCIe connectors
..."

You PSU has 2 X 6 pins plus 2x 6+2 pin 12V PCIe connectors. Basically the 2x 6+2 pin can be used as 2 x 8 pin thus your PSU can work with any video card hooking up wise.

I'm going to upgrade the ram as well

Yea, I'm going to replace them with the 1060 and upgrade my os to windows 10 as well. Other people have said that my cpu is not that great for the latest games.

Yup the 1060 is totally compatible with your system.
