can i increase my ram of my laptop and my laptop specifiction is intel core i3-2370M CPU 2.40GHZ with 2gb ram and intel hd graphics 3000

You don't mention the make and model of the system, but since you only have 2Gb RAM, then yes, you can add more.
I'm going to guess that your system will take up to 8Gb of RAM.
