I want to install a new HDD, but don't know how

Hello, so recently I've been having tight space on my current HDD which is just 1TB Western DIgital Blue. So I want to add a new HDD, I've been wanting to get a 4TB Black Western Digital. But do I just install it and that's it or is there more to it like installing programs and other things???

Install it. Move some of your stuff like music and movies to that drive.
You can also install new applications to it.

If it is used for a data drive, then it is pretty easy. You just plug in power and data cables into the new drive and plug the data cable into the Mobo and you should be good to go. You might have to format the new drive to NTFS (assuming your using Windows 7 or newer), but it should be quite easy. Now if your going to put on the OS onto it, you will need a bit more to do.

All I am going to be having in the HDD is music,movies, and games.
