I want to install a new ssd without changing anything on the old one.

I want to get a new ssd (i already have one for my main game cs:go and windows) and install it without doing anything to change the old one. I am not experienced with building pc-s or installing new features so i wonder how to do it. I am afraid of messing everything up. Again im just going to put one more inn for additionl storage, i dont want to move windows or anything like that.
