I want to install a php and python based script in the webserver

I am bought the plesk based server.
now i want to install torrentflux script in my server how can install the script in the server..
i dont have permission to go to the ssh or the gui of the server....

@Balaji - Plesk is software for WEB hosting management. Did you buy actual server and try to run hosting business, or you bought hosting service from somewhere and are trying to customize it?

i am just a reseller in the webhosting ok i have installed the software but now i have a small problemm..
the Script doesn't downloads the file from the server..
there any one script to download torrent file directly to my webserver....if there is anyone is available near to look like zbigz.com....
