Yes you can. It does include some extra passive heatsinks but nothing that would allow for extreme OC'ing. YouTube has many video's about overclocking.

How far? Maybe 4-500MHz. CPU's are not identical. Every single 860 or any CPU for that matter has slight imperfections which means what your friend or a YouTuber might be able to OC their 860 more, or less than yours.

Do you have an aftermarket heatsink capable of wicking away the extra heat? Stock coolers won't work.

Do you have a quality power supply?

How old is this hardware?

Why do you want to OC?
