i want to know if new cpu can work on old motherboard

hi there,
i want to know if my old intel dg43rk motherboard will work on a new cpu like pentium g5400 or the g4560 because i have a tight budget and not looking for another motherboard will i need to update the bios or something?
and if not can you give me some suggestions to new motherboards that can work on these cpu's?

No. It wont work. Your motherboard is LGA 775 socket and the CPUs you mentioned are LGA 1151.

The cheapest board for those kind of processors would be H110M boards. But those are very low end and I would look for B250 for the best price/performance.

This will not work. This motherboard has an LGA 775 socket, which means it can't possibly be compatible, even with a BIOS update, with any CPU past the Core2Quad CPUs released about a decade ago. The CPUs you ask about here are several sockets past that motherboard.
