Yes there is. First we need to know what you need to upgrade and then we can tell you what resources are available.

I recently answered a question regarding RAM compatibility and in that case the person can look to the Memory Qualified Vendor list https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M/index.asp#MemoryRR. That however is only a guideline. They can't be expected to test every module on the planet with every motherboard they sell.

What do you need to upgrade?

Full system specs(PSU as well) including complete make and models numbers.
