I want to know my REFRESH RATE!

Solution
Vert. refresh rate is the rate that the screen is wipped and re-drawn per second. That relates to the maximum number of fps you will be able to 'see' even though your video card may be able to render more.
So yes, your display can be set in Win to operate at up to 75 Hz safely.

I guess you'll have to drop back until you get a vert refesh rate that the monitor accepts. Maybe the webpage you posted had the incorrect data, and the monitor is maxed at 60Hz.
Or maybe you need to first use the OSD and set the vert scan to 75Hz. It may be defaulted to 60Hz.

It won't matter anyway. You are stuck with 60 hz if you are using a digital connection (DVI or HDMI). 75Hz is only available using analog (VGA) according to page 26-27 of your monitor's manual... and then only at lower resolutions.

Okay then,
A)If I turn to VGA would there be any display defects compared to HDMI?
B)Does 75Hz improve gaming experience (smoothness)? If not I'm not gonna change it.

When using VGA, there will be a visual quality loss compared to HDMI or DVI. The signal is converted from digital at the gfx card to analog, then back to digital at the monitor. It will show up slightly dimmer and less detailed.

Do you have the CPU/GPU to get 75 fps? Best thing to do is try it connected VGA and see if the slight improvement in frame rate is worth the loss in visual quality. Personally, I would never give up digital quality to go from 60 fps to 75 fps.

Thanks clutchc, I have a NVidia GeForce GTX 750. Is it suitable for 75Hz and 100Hz(on my TV and it supports 100Hz)
And also I get a screen with only wallpaper with taskbar with no icons and with inability to access anything on VGA (I used 2 ports)
