I want to know that how many volts can a cpu fan can intake

I made a vacum cleaner with cpu fan I applied 12 volts to it. It is working but can't take much air in it ,so I want to know that how much volts can a cpu fan can intake so that my vacuum cleaner could work out.....

It is designed to work at 7.5-12V, so it will probably run at 13-14V max without failing, but why did you try and use a CPU fan to make a vacuum cleaner?
