I want to know that is i3 4150 is capable to run latest games for 1 year with gtx 970

I am upgrading my pc for gaming
Gpu gtx 970
Cpu-intel core i3 4150
Mobo-Gigabyte GA H81M S1
Ram 8gb DDR3 1600 mhz
Psu seasonic eco500

Iwant to know that is i3 4150 with gtx 970 runs games like ac unity, farcry on ultra settings on 30+ fps at 1366 *768 res for 1 year. After one year i will upgrade to a fullhd monitor and an i5. I can get 30+ fps in all latest games on ultra settings at 1366 *768 till i buy an i5....?

It will run the games at 30+ fps at 1366*768 for a couple of years.

You should just save the money for an i5 right now because it costs about $100 more. If you get an i3 and then save for an i5 you will have to wait until you save 200. And yes you can, the i3 will beable to get at least 60fps at 720p and max some games at 1080p.
