Question I want to know what rust settings would be the best for my hardware

What settings should I run on rust, so I don't drop from 60 to 40 frames constantly and see tons of lag when I move.

MSI H110m-a pro m2
intel core i3-7100
rx 580 xfx 8gb
EVGA Supernova 550 G2
8gb of DDR4 2400 mhz (which I believe with my motherboard is pointless since I think it only can run up to 2133Mhz)
Samsung Evo 860 500gb SSD
WDC 1TB HDD
110gb SATA SSD

i'm not sure. Begin with lowering your settings to low and then try mix thm up a bit. Once you see a playable framerate you should be fine.

The problem is; is that it's not more or less the fact that I can't find a good framerate, I run at 60 fps, but when I move it seems as though like I'm dropping to like 40 or less fps when it's still at 60.
