8gbs ramnnn
and a gtx 1060 (6gb)

Middle of the road. Neither end. It can probably be improved by replacing that single 8GB DIMM with a matched set of two 8GB DIMMs. Get an 500GB SSD to put your OS and your most frequently used programs.

yeah i tried upgrading the ram but ended up with an incompatiable ram
