Core 2 Extreme QX9770 Is the max but not worth $200
Core 2 Extreme QX9650 $70 if your lucky since Extreme chips are hard to find.
Q9650 $40 The best value chip but they are hard to find now so expect $55-70

GPU " This uses a Quasi UEFI BIOS, "with the latest updates" so technically you can use any GPU on the market but even the best CPU available will bottleneck every GPU above a 1050 Ti. Pick something between a 1060 6gb and 1660 TI or you just wasting money unless you're saving it for another PC. That motherboard is also terrible for overclocking so your not going to be able to max out the possible performance.
