I want to burn my processor. I know this is stupid but that CPU is not mine, my friend has it and he bought a new one so we thought we can have some fun. Its an AMD Sempron. I have removed the fan on top of the processor and CPU usage is 100% but there is no smoke or anything! Please help!

CPUs turn off when they hit certain limits, they typically won't set themselves on fire.

If you really want to burn the PC, what you need is some gasoline and a match, otherwise the best you'll get is sparks and some chemical smoke if you mess with the PSU.

You can attempt to blow the motherboard, I guess.
Just overclock it to stupid-high clock speeds, and max out the voltage being sent to the CPU.

If you do this ^ record it, put it on Youtube, and post the link here. I would love to see it.

depends on what socket sempron it is, since with something like am2 or even am1(perhaps even sooner, I kind of skipped the 754 and 939) they introduced cpu throttling and thermal monitoring which makes it practically impossible since the system would shut down long before it got way to hot for damage to occur, if it's an older sempron(socket a or 7xx something it was ), just remove the heatsink completely, though it will fry in seconds then, not sure what is your actual goal to see there, i burned one of my socket A athlons just by getting some dust in the paste back then(which i did not notice at first a friend gave it to me, didn't check if the stuff was clean) it fired even before the post screen

Silicon has a melting point of about 1400 C. You're realistically gonna need an oxyacetylene torch to melt it.

If you want to burn it (by which I mean rapidly oxidize with a release of heat) you need to put the silicon in a high heat, high pressure, pure nitrogen environment.
