So I have one 8GB Corsair DDR 4 3000Mhz CL16 (16-20-20-38), and two 8GB Corsair DDR4 3000Mhz CL15 (15-17-17-35) = TOTAL OF 24GB.

My motherboard is B450 Aorus M and my proccessor is Ryzen 5 2600x.

With this build, should I stick with the 2 8GB matching sticks for Dual Channel to be active, or does my system have that Flex mode and if its even worth using while having an AMD proccessor?

P.S - I do a lot of video editing with AAE and Sony Vegas and + Music production with FL Studio.

Quick question: If it is better to use the 3 sticks. Where should I stick the 3rd one? The matching ones are on slot 2 and slot 4 (I have 4 slots.

It's always best to get 2matching sticks as a pair. Second best is to have both same sticks but...

It's always best to get 2matching sticks as a pair. Second best is to have both same sticks but bought separately. Everything else is pure lottery.
MB manual will have instructions where to put 3rd stick.
