I was wondering what is the max temperature that I do not want it to pass?

I also need some help, I got it to run stable at 3000mhz but could not get it stable at 3200mhz with out changing anything other than the core multiplier.

Don't let it go over 55C.
You were lucky to get it to 3GHz, I've heard the old phenoms are not good overclockers. You got a 20% increase in your CPU performance.
